Billionaires should not be able to reap profits (specifically on the data centers, but everything; for profit prisons, hospitals, etc) UNTIL AFTER the community is made whole.
Want to build a data center? Pay the community in reduced energy costs because you are going to be building up the energy structure.
Regarding housing; as long as private equity groups are allowed to buy up housing and then raise rents, or foreign buyers are allowed to buy, we will be stuck in the housing crisis. Helping the homeless get housing is important, AND dealing with one of the biggest causes of rising housing costs is critical.
